FAQs

How long does it take from custom order to delivery?

We need 5–7 business days to fully customize and assemble your CelestiBridge — including your pet’s AI personality, voice model, and the hardware setup. Once it passes our quality checks, we ship it right away. From order to your door, the total time is typically 15–20 business days.

How accurate is the personality simulation?

The more details and stories you share about your pet in the custom form, the more closely we can recreate their unique personality — including their little quirks, tone of voice, and how they responded to you. If you ever feel the personality isn’t quite matching, reach out to us at help@celestibridge.com. We’ll work with you remotely to fine-tune the settings until it feels like them again.

What kind of interactions are available?

Your CelestiBridge comes with 6 lifelike expressions and movements to start with, all designed to respond naturally to the conversation. As a Pioneer user, you’ll also receive free future updates to add more actions and expressions over time. The AI will automatically adapt their movements and expressions to match the flow of your conversation, just like your pet used to.

What if the projection or display doesn’t feel quite right?

We include 2 complimentary revision sessions with every order to tweak expressions, movements, or visual details. We’ll stay in close contact with you throughout the process, making changes until you feel completely satisfied with how they look.

How do I set up my CelestiBridge upon arrival?

Setting up is simple! Once your CelestiBridge arrives, just follow the step-by-step guide to connect it to your Wi-Fi network. After the initial setup, it will automatically load your pet’s custom profile. Note: If you ever need to reset or reconnect to Wi-Fi, the process may take a little longer than normal startup — just be patient while it reconfigures, and it will be ready to use again soon.

What if I run into issues while using my CelestiBridge?

If you ever encounter an error, please try restarting the device first. If the problem persists after restarting, or if you have any other questions or concerns, please reach out to our support team at support@celestibridge.com — we’re here to help.
