2. Delivery Timeline Breakdown
Your order goes through two distinct phases before arriving at your door. All estimates are calculated in Business Days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays).
Phase 1: Custom Production (7 Business Days) Because each CelestiBridge is uniquely prepared for you, we require a dedicated production window for:
Initial character creation and configuration based on your provided assets.
Hardware assembly and rigorous system testing.
Final stability calibration.
Phase 2: Shipping & Delivery (7–12 Business Days) Once production is complete, your order is handed over to our logistics service providers for secure delivery to your address.
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 14 – 19 Business Days from the date of purchase. (Approximately 3 to 4 weeks total elapsed time including weekends).
3. Tracking & Notifications
Order Confirmation: You will receive an email immediately after placing your order.
Shipping Confirmation: Once Phase 1 is complete and your package is dispatched, we will send a second email containing your tracking number.
Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking portal to reflect the latest status after dispatch.
4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
CelestiBridge is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
5. Address Modifications
Accuracy is vital for international delivery. If you need to correct your address, please email help@celestibridge.com within 24 hours of purchase. Once the production phase has concluded and the item is dispatched, we are unable to redirect the package.
